Tolga has been in the Collaboration industry for over 15 years. Starting at Tandberg, he has been in increasingly more senior roles that encompassed market research and analysis, corporate strategy and development, M&A, investor relations, analyst relations and competitive strategy development. Following Tandberg’s acquisition by Cisco, he was part of the market development team responsible for the TelePresence market in China.
From 2011 to 2013, Tolga was CFO and SVP Corporate Development for Glowpoint, a publicly-held managed services company in the VaaS space. Most recently, he started the Americas operations for Synergy SKY, a Norway-based VaaS management solution provider, bringing the region from zero to exceed self-sustaining revenue, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual goals on all key metrics.
Tolga has participated in various aspects of M&A deals in the communications and collaboration services industries, throughout his career. He has performed due diligence on over 100 potential acquisitions in this space, and has raised equity and debt financing for various organizations in the private and public hands, for the purposes of financing acquisitions.
Tolga has presented in industry conferences in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia, and is a sought-after speaker and thought leader in the Collaboration space.
